Do any of your milk based products have ingredients from China? |

Food safety is of paramount importance to Mars Drinks and we take the latest developments affecting the dairy industry in China very seriously.
Mars drinks would like to reassure its consumers and customers that all Mars drinks products, such as FLAVIA® and KLIX®, wherever they are sold throughout the world, are safe for consumption. Mars Drinks does not obtain any milk powder or other dairy ingredients for any of its drinks products from China.
Mars is committed to the highest standards of quality and safety. All Mars products are manufactured and tested using a series of strict internal quality and safety processes, based on recognized international standards. We are confident that none of our drinks products include any dairy ingredients adulterated with melamine.
We share the public’s concern with this issue and will continue to monitor the situation carefully.

I can not find the FLAVIA Sprinkles and Syrups on your website anymore. What has happened to them? |

FLAVIA has discontinued these items as they did not meet our high product standards. You can find similar products in your local grocery. Syrups are usually in the coffee aisle. Sprinkles are usually in the cake decorating area. We are sorry to disappoint you. |

How long will my drinks stay fresh? |

The FLAVIA Filterpack is hermetically sealed from light and air to provide freshness in every drink. Each Filterpack has a suggested "Use By" date on it. |

Are iced drinks available? |

Yes. All drinks can be iced by using the espresso button to brew your favorite FLAVIA beverage into a full cup of ice. |

Yes. You can use the FLAVIA FUSION or Creation 400™ drinks station and any of the FLAVIA coffees to brew espresso-style, including decaf. Choose our wonderful Creamy Topping for a frothy cappuccino. |
