HOW TO ENTER: On-line Entry: Visit www.myflavia.com and register as a member if you aren't already a member, then click on "Tell-A-Friend Sweepstakes" banner and follow the instructions by providing up to twenty (20) email addresses of friends, family members or business associates who are a U.S. citizen and at least eighteen (18) years old to which Sponsor will send an email on your behalf advising the recipient about MyFlavia.com. You will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for every valid email address that you provide, up to a maximum of twenty (20) total Sweepstakes entries. ON-LINE ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 (ET) ON JUNE 30, 2008. Mail-in Entry: To enter by mail, print your name, address, telephone number (including area code), age, gender (optional) and email address (if available) on a 3" X 5" card and in the upper right hand corner of the card, print your telephone number (including area code) followed by your first, middle and last initials, and send completed entry to: FLAVIA® Tell-A-Friend Sweepstakes, c/o Mars Drinks North America, LLC. SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be determined from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about July 15, 2008 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by mail, overnight delivery or phone.

PRIZE AND ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: a five night/six-day Spa Vacation Package for two (2) people (winner and one guest) to Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas (the "Prize Trip"). The Prize Trip includes: round trip, coach air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) to Paradise Island, Bahamas, five (5) nights double occupancy accommodations (one (1) room) at Atlantis - Paradise Island, Bahamas and ground transportation to and from airport/hotel. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize Trip: $5,000.00. All other expenses not mentioned herein (including, but not limited to any other transfers, meals, gratuities, insurance, personal and hotel incidentals) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and on dates specified by Sponsor. Travel must be confirmed within twelve (12) months of winner notification and once travel reservations are confirmed, no changes will be permitted. Travel subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. Additional restrictions may apply. Actual value may vary due to airfare fluctuations and departure location, any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotel or other transportation companies or any other party providing any Prize Trip services and accommodations. In lieu of the Prize Trip, winner may elect to receive $5,000.00 in credits for a prize redemption site. Election of the credit payment is irrevocable and must be made at the time of prize verification. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received. Prize will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible Sweepstakes entries). Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions), age 18 years or older as of MARCH 25, 2008 except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

VERIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE: Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Trip participant must sign travel release. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release(s) is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner, if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if 5 attempts to contact entrant by phone are unsuccessful. If Prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner agrees to use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian.

GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due, or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of his or her entries) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if he or she tampers with the entry process, if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes, if entrant provides invalid or ineligible email addresses, if entrant enters the Sweepstakes with multiple email and/or multiple identities or entrant uses any other device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of Sweepstakes entries. Sponsor will not sell, disclose or share the email addresses you provide to any third party (except to the extent that Sponsor may share the email addresses on a strictly confidential basis with any service provider which assists Sponsor in forwarding such emails). Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that he or she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
