Return and Refund Policy
Flavia stands behind 100% customer satisfaction and offers a 30-day return policy on Flavia machines. In general, consumable products are non-returnable due to safety and health regulations.
All machines and accessories eligible for return must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and components. Except for food products, which are non-returnable, your item must be in the same condition as received, unopened or unused and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be issued for returned products excluding original shipping and handling costs. There are no price adjustments on past purchases.
Return process
Please contact Flavia Customer Service with the order number, item name and quantity for the product(s) you wish to return using one of the following methods:

A Flavia representative will assist you promptly and provide the return address. You must return the products according to the instructions received and at your own expense within 14 days of the date we provide you with the return address. You are responsible for any loss during shipment, and the item ownership will be transferred to us upon delivery. Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund back to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
1) Perishable goods, such as coffee and tea freshpacks.
2) Products purchased during Flash Sales, Deals of the Day, or with any kind of coupon - excluding introductory coupons.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 2-4 business days for refund processing to complete based your financial institution.
All returned products are subject to inspection by Flavia staff. Returns not complying with the above police, or returned without prior Flavia Customer Service acknowledgment, may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
