How do I clean my brewer?
Unlike many other machines, all exterior surfaces can be easily cleaned with a disinfecting wipe or solution. Any sanitizing wipes can be used to sanitize the buttons and screen area daily. However, we recommend food-grade wipes to clean the cup stand, pack door, and the inside of the pack door area.

Which Flavia machines allow users to publish content while brewing?
Brewer content is only available for the Flavia C600.
Do I need WIFI to connect to Flavia IQ?
Flavia IQ-connected brewers (the C600 or C300) can connect to the network without WIFI because of the built-in LTE sim.
What keeps the ingredients in Freshpacks safe from contamination?
Thanks to Flavia’s unique pack-to-cup brewing system, hot water pierced through the very top of the nozzle with a fine needle is the only thing that touches the ingredients.
Also, the hot water is heated in the brewers using two separate hot tanks, which bring the water temperature up to approximately 201 degrees Fahrenheit. According to the WHO and CDC, most viruses and bacteria cannot live in water above 140-150 degrees Fahrenheit. The CDC and WHO websites provide more information on these topics.
Do you have any office coffee machines with a frother?
Yes! You can make many of our drinks frothy (not just coffee!) with the Flavia C300 and C600 and your favorite milk or non-dairy alternative (such as soy or oat).
And all of our brewers can make lattes with our single-pack Lavazza Lattes.
Are your products Kosher certified?
Yes! All of our drinks are Kosher certified. The letters “KLBD,” located on the back of all the Freshpacks, indicate this certification. LBD = London Beth Din. We also have the current year’s Kosher Certifications available upon request.
Are there hazelnuts in the Hazelnut Coffee?
No! We use a combination of naturally and artificially flavored vanilla and caramel powders to create the hazelnut flavor, so no actual nuts are used.
What’s in the coffee Freshpacks?
Our coffee Freshpacks contain 100% Roasted Whole Bean Coffee unless they are flavored. Flavored coffees may also contain natural and artificial flavorings.
Are your Freshpacks recyclable?
Yes—and no. Our Freshpacks CAN’T be recycled through regular municipal recycling programs because some components of the pack are recyclable while others are not. However, we have a program where our full Freshpacks can be recycled. Visit Recycle Your Freshpacks to find out more.
Do I need to go through a beverage distributor to purchase a Flavia system?
If your workplace is smaller, about 20 people or less, you can purchase Flavia brewers and drinks through this website. But if you’re a larger workplace, your beverage distributor will give you the optimal customer service and attention best suited to your needs.
How do I know if a Freshpack is expired?
All Flavia Freshpacks and Freshpack cases have a B.B.E. (Best Before End) date stamped on them. This is a guide for the product being guaranteed fresh through that date. Below are examples:
